Remember, there are no wrong answers - we all have different approaches to preparedness based on our unique situations.
 
Being able to stay calm and adapt when things go sideways is way more valuable than folks realize. All the gear and canned goods in the world don’t mean much if you freeze up in a real emergency. I’d say mental flexibility—adjusting plans on the fly, staying positive—makes a huge difference. Anyone else find this gets easier with practice, or does it just come with age?
 
Completely agree—staying level-headed can keep small problems from turning into real disasters. Anyone have tips they use to practice that, especially when nerves start creeping in?
