🧩 WHICH HEADLINE IS TRUE?
October 09, 2025

Can you spot the real headline? Only one of these is true:

A. "Study Reveals Canned Food Provides More Nutrients than Fresh Fruits and Vegetables"
B. "World Health Organization Recommends Storing Minimum of Two Years' Worth of Non-Perishable Food for Emergency Preparedness"
C. "Research Finds that Properly Stored Dried Beans Can Last Up to 30 Years Without Losing Nutritional Value"

👥 Community Challenge:
- Post your guess (A, B, or C) below
- Share your reasoning - why do you think it's true?
- Did any of the false headlines trick you? Why did they seem plausible?

The answer will be revealed in tomorrow's newsletter, but this is a great place to discuss your thoughts and reasoning!

Gotta go with C—dried beans are basically the vampires of the pantry, just won’t quit! Anyone else secretly hoping A was true so we could call canned peaches a superfood?

That’s gotta be C for me too. Those beans will probably outlast most of us—just add water and the right amount of hope, and you’re set. Still, I kinda wish B was true, though—imagine the look on folks’ faces hauling two years of canned chili into their basement! Anyone ever actually lost a dried bean in the cupboard and found it decades later?
