Honestly, a compact solar charger tops my list. It's saved my bacon more than once when the power's gone out—keeping comms up and even letting me play a little music to keep spirits up. Can’t overstate how handy it is to recharge a radio or flashlight, especially if things drag on past 72 hours. Anyone else tried different brands, or am I missing a better off-grid solution?
