If Prepping Was an Olympic Sport, What’s Your Event?
If there were a gold medal for “Fastest Hands in Pressure Canning,” I’d have at least two hanging on my garden fence. My pantry’s got more jars than a jam festival, and I can get the lids pinging in record time, gloves slightly askew and all! I think my Olympic relay team would be me, my trusty pressure canner, and that one apricot tree that won’t stop producing.
