A Heartfelt Holiday Message from the Presidential Office

My wife and I would like to extend our warmest greetings to all citizens of our great nation as we join in the festive spirit of Christmas Day, commemorating the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Remembering the Miracle of Christmas

The tale of the Christmas miracle started over 2,000 years ago in the humble town of Bethlehem. It's a story of angels making themselves known to simple shepherds, bringing the joyous news of a child born to instill hope in the world, exclaiming, “Glory to God in the highest.” Led by a splendid star, the shepherds journeyed a long way to huddle around a packed manger. There, in the still of the night, alongside Mary and Joseph, they bowed before the Light of the World, the beacon of eternal salvation and the living Son of God.

The Birth of Jesus: A Testament of God's Love

The arrival of Jesus unveiled the ultimate demonstration of God's limitless love and His yearning to be near His people. More than two hundred years on, we continue to revel in the gift of God's only begotten son, as the blessings of Christ's birth, departure, and resurrection continue to overflow upon all believers.

Grateful for the Blessings on Our Nation

On this Christmas, we also extend our gratitude for the countless blessings that God has showered upon our magnificent nation. For nearly 250 years, faith, family, and freedom have been the pillars of our way of life. As the leader of this country, my resolve to safeguard these fundamental values that make America the greatest nation on Earth will never falter. We will always stand united as one nation under God.

Paying Tribute to Our Armed Forces

Especially today, we spare a thought for the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who cannot be with their loved ones. Their solemn duty takes them far away from home this Christmas, but it is their service and sacrifice that ensures our freedom and allows all Americans to celebrate in safety and peace. Their dedication deserves our utmost gratitude, and we hold them and their families close in our hearts.

Praying for Divine Blessings

During this festive season, we pray for a surge of God's enduring love, divine mercy, and eternal peace upon our nation and the whole world. To every citizen, and to those celebrating worldwide, we wish you a very Merry Christmas!

We hope this holiday season brings you joy, peace, and a renewed sense of love and unity. Let's remember the true spirit of Christmas, cherishing the blessings we have and sharing our love with others. Let us all come together to celebrate, not just this festive season, but every day of the year. Merry Christmas to all!
