Leaning toward C—80% of small businesses have no financial cushion just *sounds* like the world we’re living in, doesn’t it? Banks shouting “preparedness at an all-time high” feels like April Fool’s, and if the government ever put $10 billion into actual preparedness, I think I’d faint into my compost bin.
