What’s In Your Everyday Carry Bag Right Now?

Curious what everyone’s packing in their EDC these days, especially with all the unpredictability lately. Mine’s probably pretty standard, but maybe I’m missing something useful! Right now, I rotate between two bags but both always have a basic first aid kit (plasters, gauze, trauma shears, Israeli bandage, mini CPR mask), compact flashlight, multitool, and a whistle. I keep a few shelf-stable snacks (protein bars, nuts), a metal water bottle, and small water purification tabs too. There’s also some cash (small bills), an extra pair of glasses, and a basic sewing

Always have a small roll of duct tape and some paracord tucked in, too—saves the day more often than you’d think! Anyone carry emergency contacts on paper still?
 
Paper emergency contacts are still in my EDC, tucked right next to my mini notepad and pen. Phones die or get soaked, but paper holds up. Can't count how many times someone’s needed contact info and their phone’s just gone. For snacks, I also keep a couple of hard candies—good for blood sugar bumps or just calming nerves. Besides what you all mentioned, I stash a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer, a travel toothbrush, and a compressed towel tablet (those things expand with a splash of water, super handy).
