What’s One Prep You Wish You Started Sooner?

Really wish I'd started messing with solar setups years earlier. The learning curve caught me off guard, and prices only go up. Anyone else regret not jumping on this sooner, or is there another prep you wish you hadn't put off?

Should’ve started learning proper food preservation way earlier. Canning, dehydration, all that—turns out there’s more to it than just sticking jars in boiling water and hoping for the best! Lost a lot of good produce those first years. Anyone else feel like food storage basics snuck up on them, or is that just me?
