Wish I’d started keeping a proper seed bank way earlier—had no idea how tricky good heirloom seeds would be to find now. What’s one prep you all regret not starting sooner? Curious if there’s any I’ve overlooked that are worth moving up the list.

Totally get where you’re coming from on the pressure canning. My first batch of chili looked like science experiment gone wrong! For me, wish I’d messed with solar panels sooner—nothing kills the mood faster than losing power during a jam session. Did you find canning got easier once you had a rhythm, or is it always a bit of an adventure?
