What’s One Prep You Wish You’d Started Sooner?
Wish I’d started learning food preservation methods much earlier—especially canning and dehydrating. Figured store-bought supplies would be enough, but nothing matches the security of having shelf-stable food you prepared yourself. Curious what skills or stocks other folks regret not building up sooner. Anyone have a prep that ended up being way more important (or harder to master) than you expected? Always looking for blind spots to shore up.
