Most folks focus on gear and food, but I hardly see anyone mention mental resilience or stress coping tools. How do you all prep for the psychological side of things—have certain skills or routines helped you? Curious what others are doing beyond the usual beans and bandages.
 
Completely agree that the mental side gets swept under the rug too much. I keep a stash of dried lemon balm and lavender—just having tea rituals helps me stay calm when things get tough. Gardening itself is a huge part of my coping, keeps me grounded, literally. Anyone else rely on small daily routines like that, or have you found something totally different works for you?
