If I had to pick just one prep to always keep on hand, it would be my pressure canner. Knowing I can preserve food safely from my garden gives real peace of mind. Curious what’s the one thing you absolutely won’t go without, no matter how much space or budget you’ve got? Is it something practical or something for morale? Always looking for new ideas to strengthen my own setup.
