For me, it’s got to be seed saving. Seems like lots of folks focus on growing food, but not enough consider how important it is to be able to keep planting year after year without buying new seeds. It’s easy to overlook, but if supplies run short, knowing how to save and store seeds properly is a real game changer. Anyone else here practice this or have tips for tricky plants?
