Those under-bed storage bins have been a game changer for me! I vacuum seal dried beans, pasta, and rice, then slide them right under the bed—out of sight, but easy to access. Shelf space is tight in my little house, so every nook gets used. Has anyone tried using closet shoe organizers for canning jars? I’ve been tempted, but I’m worried about the weight.
