Realistically, how long could you live off your preps?

I’ve been reviewing my pantry and herbal stores and started wondering—how long could I actually sustain myself if stores shut down for months? Factoring in home-canned produce, dried herbs, and what I can forage, I figure maybe 6-8 months with careful ration
