What’s Your Top Underrated Survival Skill?

Most folks focus on fire or water, but I think comms skills are overlooked. Being able to reach out—HAM radio, signal mirrors, even old-school Morse—can make or break a situation. Which underrated skill do you all think doesn't get enough attention?

Situational awareness is huge and super underrated—being able to read people, spot trouble, and notice small changes in your environment can save you before you even need a radio.
 
Absolutely agree—reading a situation and picking up on little details can keep you safe before things even get hairy. Ever practiced this out in public just for fun?
 
I’d add bartering—being able to trade goods and skills smoothly is so underrated. Ever tried practicing that at a farmer’s market just to see how it feels?
