Bet we've all had days when we couldn't quite hit the bullseye on the dartboard of prepping, right? Well, let's pull up a camp stool and chuckle over it instead of moping around. I'll start.
So there I was, aiming to try my hand at canning for the first time. I had all the gear, my veggies freshly picked from the garden, and a stern impersonation of Julia Child going on. Turns out, I forgot to account for the pressure and heat build-up. Long story short, I have tomato soup splattered all over my kitchen ceiling now. Fetching the ladder to clean that up was a workout I hadn't planned for the day!
