Mr. Das boasts an impressive career, spanning over two decades, where he has successfully led and scaled global organizations. He has a strong track record of fostering AI-first innovation in a range of sectors such as healthcare, financial technology, and consumer technology. He previously held the role of CEO and founder of Swan AI Studios, where he was instrumental in the development of state-of-the-art AI platforms and applications across various industries.
Prior to founding Swan AI Studios, Mr. Das served as the CEO of OptumLabs, the research and development division of a leading healthcare company, UnitedHealth Group. Here, he led transformative AI and data-driven initiatives across healthcare and insurance sectors. Before his tenure at OptumLabs, Mr. Das spent nearly eight years at a global e-commerce giant, Amazon, where he served as the General Manager for Amazon AI Services. His role included building and scaling some of the company’s key AI offerings. His extensive career also includes a 12-year stint in engineering and leadership roles at a well-known bookseller, Barnes & Noble, and co-founding several startups. Mr. Das started his career as a software engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering from Annamalai University.
