When it comes to building a three-month food supply, I’m always weighing shelf life, nutrition, and variety. Staples like rice, beans, lentils, and oats are no-brainers, but I’m curious about the best approach for proteins. Canned meats (tuna, chicken, salmon, even spam)—do folks here favor those, or is it better to rely on dehydrated or freeze-dried options?
