Looking to get some experienced input on the best practical method for storing water long term, specifically for an off-grid setup. I've seen a ton of opinions out there—food-grade barrels, IBC totes, rotating every six months, using a bit of bleach, etc.—but would like to know what’s actually worked (and what hasn’t) for those who’ve done this for years, not just months.
