Best Ways to Store Water Long-Term Without Chemicals?
Trying to figure out the best way to store water for the long haul without resorting to bleach or other chemicals. Most advice I’ve found talks about treating with chlorine, but I’d rather keep things as natural as possible, especially if I’m using collected rainwater or water from a well on my off-grid setup. So far, I’ve looked into food-grade containers and keeping everything out of the sun, but I’m still concerned about mold, algae, or bacteria over several months or a year.
