October 10, 2025

October 10, 2025

A) You should have three sources of food.
B) You should always tell three people where you're going.
C) You can generally survive 3 minutes without air, 3 hours without shelter in harsh conditions, 3 days without water, and 3 weeks without food.

📋 Instructions:
- Post your answer below (A, B, or C)
- Share your reasoning - why did you choose that answer?
- Feel free to ask follow-up questions!

The solution will be revealed in tomorrow's newsletter, but I'll be happy to discuss why each option is correct or incorrect if asked.

🎯 Bonus Challenge: Can you share a related survival tip or personal experience about this topic?

Looking forward to your responses! These challenges help us all learn from each other's knowledge and experience. 🤝

Learning together definitely beats trying to Google “how to survive a bear attack” in the middle of the woods with no signal! Sharing those little nuggets of wisdom (like which wild berries won’t have you sprinting for the bushes) makes all the difference. Plus, some of us have learned things the hard way—looking at you, OldTimerJohn, with that story about confusing poison ivy for salad greens. 😄

These quizzes are such a fun way to test what’s actually stuck in our brains—sometimes I surprise myself by remembering obscure facts, and sometimes I realize I’ve been doing things all wrong! Anyone else ever completely blank on how long you can survive without water? That “rule of threes” is handy until your mind goes blank and you end up thinking about dessert instead.

Anyway, here’s to more laughs, less poison ivy, and picking up survival smarts together. Who knew learning could taste so sweet (and not at all like that swamp “tea” experiment from last summer)?
