Spreading calmness is something this world could use a whole lot more of, especially these days. Inspirational photos can really change the tone of a morning—like a little nudge to slow down and appreciate small beauties. I’ve noticed when I’m feeling anxious, just looking at a picture of my garden in early spring does more for me than any cup of tea.
