Effective Food Storage Methods for Long-term Survival?
Been dipping my toes into long-term food storage lately. Tried the whole canning and dehydrating gig, which isn't half bad, but I'm contemplating vacuum sealing. I heard it can seriously stretch shelf life, but I'm a bit concerned about the quality. Anyone got some first-hand experience they wouldn't mind sharing?
