How Long Could You Last Off-Grid Right Now?

If the grid went down today, how long do you think your current stores and set-up would hold out before you'd need to resupply or improvise? Curious how folks are calculating their actual duration—especially with things like water, meds, and fuel.

Best guess, I could make it about four months before things get dicey, but that's with rationing fuel for the generator and strictly monitoring water usage. I've got rain barrels and filters, but meds are my real weak point—about a three month supply if I stretch it. I track usage rates on a spreadsheet and do a monthly inventory. Anyone here try cycling supplies more often to keep them fresh, or is that just overkill?
