Thinking a lot about the reality of long-term off-grid survival versus what we plan for on paper. Stockpiles are nice, but what about after a month or two when supplies start running low? Has anyone here mapped out exactly how long their food, water, and medical stores would last—and actually tested it? Curious how folks bridge the gap between the initial cache and full self-sufficiency, especially when it comes to recurring meds or calories
