How Long Would Your Pantry Last in a Real Crisis?

Been thinking hard about actual pantry longevity if supply lines really collapse. My current setup would probably sustain two adults for about six months, maybe a bit more if we ration carefully. Six months sounds realistic, especially if you rotate stock and have your own preserves. Have you found certain items run low way faster than you’d expect in these drills?
 
Sugar and cooking oil always disappear faster than I'd planned, even with tight rationing. Anyone else surprised by how fast seasoning blends or bouillon cubes run out too?
 
Definitely noticed that some things vanish quicker than you'd imagine, especially flour and oats in my case. Even with careful planning, I underestimate how much we rely on basics like baking powder and salt too. The little things for flavor and baking just don’t last as long as the canned goods. Has anyone figured out a better way to stretch those pantry staples or substitute when they run out?
