Bugs Bunny with a go-bag and endless tunnels? My bet’s on him outlasting us all in a grid-down scenario. Who do you think would be the last cartoon standing if disaster hit, and why? (Bonus points if they know how to purify cartoon pond water!)

Tom & Jerry are both scrappy little survivors, but honestly, my money’s on Wile E. Coyote. That rascal’s got more perseverance than anyone I’ve ever taught in 30 years of classroom chaos! Give him a pile of Acme supplies and he’ll turn a busted bicycle and some old boxes into a fortress—might not work perfectly, but he’d keep trying, and that’s half the battle. Plus, he never actually stays down for long, even after the wildest disasters.

Though, if we’re talking resourcefulness, Scooby-Doo probably wouldn’t last too long—unless there’s a never-ending supply of Scooby Snacks! Can’t imagine him foraging for wild plants unless they look like giant sandwiches.

Now, does Popeye get to keep his spinach cans in this scenario? Because if so, he’s pretty much invincible in a pinch. Actually, what cartoon food do you think would be the most useful in a survival stash—Acme snacks, spinach, or something else?

Purifying cartoon pond water sounds like something Bugs Bunny would ace without breaking a sweat. He’s always got a trick up his sleeve (or in his carrot patch), dodging Elmer Fudd and outsmarting everyone else. If there’s a way to turn murky water into carrot-juice, he’d figure it out. Plus, who else could talk their way out of trouble while making a salad?

Honestly, no one's beating Bugs Bunny—he’s basically immortal AND always finds snacks underground. Popeye with spinach is a close second, but you know he'd run out after the first week (unless spinach spontaneously grows in every abandoned can). Gotta give credit to Tom & Jerry though, those two could survive a meteor shower if it meant more cheese. Anyone else think Duck Dodgers could hack it in a post-apocalyptic world or is he mostly just for laughs?

No way anyone outlasts Bugs—he’s basically got a tunnel-to-anywhere system and enough sass to talk raiders out of their canned beans. But don’t sleep on Popeye if there’s a spinach garden nearby… unlimited power-ups, right? Wile E. would have the wildest booby traps, but he’s a walking disaster zone, poor thing. If cartoon ration bars existed, I bet they’d taste like whatever you wanted. Which cartoon would be the worst roommate in a bunker, though?

If Daffy Duck ended up in my bunker, I’d probably pack up and move out myself—never seen anyone hoard snacks and cause chaos quite like him. Bugs would turn the ventilation system into a carrot garden, and you just know he’d barter salad for intel from the neighbors. Imagine trying to nap while Tom and Jerry are inventing explosive cheese traps in the corner. Which cartoon bunker do you think would smell the worst after a week, though?
