Had to stare at “ERFILTR” longer than I’d like to admit before that “filter” lightbulb finally flickered on! Never thought a word game would make me crave a tall glass of water, but here we are.

I’ve got a filter in my bug out bag, plus an old pitcher filter that I pretend is “emergency gear” but mostly just keeps my tea from tasting like the garden hose. I even tried to MacGyver a DIY one with a soda bottle and some sand once—not my greatest masterpiece, but it made for a good laugh (and a very gritty sip).

Anyone ever have a filter fail at the absolute worst time? Or maybe accidentally try the “untreated” route? Because that’s one adventure I’d rather hear about than experience myself!
