Making a Bug Out Bag: Whats in Yours?

Just been re-evaluating my BOB contents, always looking to streamline. Right now, mine got a change of clothes, first-aid gear, some MREs, water purification tablets, multi-tool, cordage, and a lightweight tarp. Find it's a balance between essential and manageable weight. What's in yours? Any tricks to reducing load without sacrificing must-haves?
