So many clever uses for these whistles—love reading all the critter stories! I’ve mostly used mine outdoors, but that suggestion about getting someone’s attention inside is pretty smart, especially when shouting just isn’t practical. Haven’t had to use it for an actual rescue (thank goodness), but having it on me while gardening does give a bit of peace of mind. Anyone else find the keychain attachment

Left mine under the potting bench all winter and it’s still going strong—no rust, no squeaks. Anyone ever try these during a heavy downpour or just after?

Haven’t tried it in a downpour yet, but now you’ve got me curious! If it handled winter under your bench, I’d bet it can handle a little rain just fine.
