🧩 Headline Game - Which is True? - April 16, 2026

🧩 WHICH HEADLINE IS TRUE?
April 16, 2026

Can you spot the real headline? Only one of these is true:

A. "Bugs in Rice: Household Pantries Nationwide Infested Due to Improper Food Storage"
B. "Studies Show: Vacuum Sealing Doubles the Shelf-Life of Fresh Fruits in Home Storage"
C. "National Survey: 80% of American Households Underprepared in Long-Term Food Storage"

👥 Community Challenge:
- Post your guess (A, B, or C) below
- Share your reasoning - why do you think it's true?
- Did any of the false headlines trick you? Why did they seem plausible?

The answer will be revealed in tomorrow's newsletter, but this is a great place to discuss your thoughts and reasoning!

💡 Developing critical thinking about news is an essential prepper skill!

Gotta go with C—everyone I know either has buckets of beans in the closet or still thinks canned soup counts as prepping, so that stat sounds about right! A almost got me though, those pantry bugs are sneaky little things (been there, swept that). B just seems too good to be true; if only vacuum sealing worked that magic on my strawberries! Anyone else start itching just reading A?
