🧩 Headline Game - Which is True? - August 26, 2026

🧩 WHICH HEADLINE IS TRUE?
August 26, 2026

Can you spot the real headline? Only one of these is true:

A. "World Health Organization Reports: 70% of Countries Unprepared for Pandemics"
B. "American Red Cross: 'Only 2% of Population Owns a Medical Preparedness Kit'"
C. "CDC Announces: Majority of Hospitals Lack Basic Emergency Preparedness Training"

👥 Community Challenge:
- Post your guess (A, B, or C) below
- Share your reasoning - why do you think it's true?
- Did any of the false headlines trick you? Why did they seem plausible?

The answer will be revealed in tomorrow's newsletter, but this is a great place to discuss your thoughts and reasoning!

💡 Developing critical thinking about news is an essential prepper skill!

Going with A! That sounds just about right for the WHO—big numbers, lots of countries, and always a bit dire. B made me laugh, though. Only 2% own a medical kit? I know we preppers are rare, but not THAT rare. Gotta admit, C is sneaky since hospitals love “training,” but I bet most have it on paper, at least. Anyone else tempted by the Red Cross one?
