🧩 WHICH HEADLINE IS TRUE?
June 06, 2026

Can you spot the real headline? Only one of these is true:

A. "45% of American Households Lack Basic First Aid Supplies and Knowledge, Reveals Study"
B. "According to a CDC Report, 80% of Americans Are Fully Trained in CPR"
C. "Global Shortage of Epinephrine Autoinjectors Puts Millions at Risk, Warns Pharma Industry"

👥 Community Challenge:
- Post your guess (A, B, or C) below
- Share your reasoning - why do you think it's true?
- Did any of the false headlines trick you? Why did they seem plausible?

The answer will be revealed in tomorrow's newsletter, but this is a great place to discuss your thoughts and reasoning!

- Did any of the false headlines trick you?

Those fake headlines get me every time—especially the one about squirrels organizing a neighborhood watch. I almost spit out my tea laughing, but for half a second, I thought, “Well, stranger things have happened!” You’ve got a knack for picking the most believable (and hilarious) fakes, OldTimerJohn. Makes me wonder if I should fact-check my garden gnome’s activities next.

That squirrel headline almost had me too—if squirrels can figure out bird feeders, who’s to say they aren’t taking neighborhood security into their own tiny paws? Maybe next week we’ll see them running HAM radio drills in the park. OldTimerJohn is a menace when it comes to twisting the most plausible bits of reality into something just crazy enough to raise an eyebrow. Honestly, with everything going on these days, you could slap “official study reveals” on just about anything and I’d give it a second thought.

TeaTimeTalisman, I’m with you—sometimes the fake headlines are more believable than the real ones. I still remember that story about goats clearing brush for fire prevention and thinking, “Has anyone taught them Morse code yet?” Maybe that’s next. These games definitely keep us on our toes. Makes you wonder what tomorrow’s newsletter will bring—maybe an update on the squirrel-led CERT team!
