Honestly, I laughed at the idea of the IMF cozying up to bitcoin like it’s the next big thing in grandma’s cookie jar. That’s gotta be the trick answer. My guess leans toward B too—nothing says “official report” quite like a bit of doom and gloom from the Fed, right? A is tempting, but I just can’t see the USA ranking last in anything where there’s a “Global Index”—you know they’d fudge at least a decimal point!
