Gotta go with C on this one—martial arts boosting both fitness and self-defense is just common sense (and I've seen those senior tai chi groups, they could probably outlast me!). The dog one made me chuckle though, because my old hound’s more likely to lick an intruder than chase one out. Did anyone almost fall for A? I find it hard to believe people are using less pepper spray these days!
