Gotta go with C—doubling solar use sounds like something I’ve actually read somewhere, plus if 40% of the world was off-grid, my cousin in Manhattan would definitely brag about it. Anyone else tempted by A?

A gets my vote for Most Entertaining, but if the majority were really planning to go off-grid this year, I'd expect a run on canning jars and composting toilets at my local hardware store. C feels just right—solar panels have been popping up faster than dandelions in my backyard. Anyone else secretly wish B were true so we could have surprise candlelight dinners every night?
