Learning how to identify wild edible plants has been surprisingly vital for me. You’d be amazed at what’s growing right in the backyard that’s both nutritious and medicinal. I’ve started keeping a simple field guide handy whenever I’m out digging in the garden or walking trails. Anyone else have luck foraging locally, or is it mostly store-bought prepping for you?
