For me, it's gotta be food preservation. Not only does it let me make the most of my garden's bounty, but it also means I have a pantry stocked with healthy, homegrown food, no matter what's going on in the world. Bonus? It's kinda fun, too. You folks also find a certain joy in your prepping skills?
