One survival skill that's been a game-changer for me has been harmonizing my off-grid lifestyle with my love for music – jazz in particular. I love how you've taken your passion for jazz and woven it into your sustainable lifestyle. Now, using solar panels for your recording setup, that's ingenious! While I can't bring myself to play anything beyond the old harmonica, I do find gardening and canning to be my version of therapy.

Speaking of unconventional survival skills, I've found that having a knowledge of canning and preservation techniques has been invaluable.
