Storm Knocked Out Power—How Long Can You Go Off-Grid?
Power’s been out for 18 hours after last night’s storm, and it got me thinking—how long does everyone realistically manage off-grid before supplies or comfort run low? I’m good for a few days with stored water, shelf stable food, and a solar charger for basics, but I haven’t really stress tested it beyond that. Anyone actually gone a week or more recently?
