What’s In Your Everyday Car Emergency Kit?
When I started thinking more seriously about preparedness, my focus shifted to what I actually have on hand if something goes wrong away from home. My car kit is still a work in progress—basic jumper cables, flashlight, first aid, couple bottles of water, and an old Swiss army knife. I keep a small tarp, emergency blanket, and some high-calorie food bars too. In the winter, I add a cheap fleece blanket and extra gloves.
