Curious what everyone’s carrying day-to-day these days, with things feeling a bit unpredictable lately. My EDC bag’s gotten heavier over the years but I’d rather be overprepared. Right now, I’ve got my old multitool, compact water filter straw, a folding knife, flashlight, a small first aid kit, and a whistle. There’s also a pocket journal and pen, local area map (never trust a phone alone), and a Mylar blanket. Rotate some basic

Love that you carry a map—paper never runs out of batteries! I keep a whistle in my kit too, but hadn't thought about a Mylar blanket; might need to add that one for extra peace of mind.
