What’s One Item You Wish You’d Stocked Sooner?
Took me far too long to start stocking canning lids in bulk. I focused so much on jars and forgot those little lids are single-use and always in short supply when you need them most. Anyone else overlook something that seemed minor, only to have it become crucial later on? Would love to hear what caught others out, so I can shore up my own supplies before it’s too late.
