What’s One Prep You Wish You’d Started Sooner?
Looking back, I really wish I’d started learning about proper food preservation much earlier. Dehydrating, canning, fermenting—these skills take time to master and make a huge difference in what you can store long-term. Anyone else regret not diving into a particular prep sooner? Curious to hear what folks picked up later than they wanted and if there’s something you’d recommend making a priority for newer preppers.
