What’s the Most Overlooked Prep in Your Opinion?

Seems like everyone talks about food and water, but what about sanitation? I hardly ever see folks mention backup toilets or waste disposal. What do you all use or plan for if the plumbing stops working long-term?

Sanitation is huge and gets ignored way too often. I’ve got a couple of 5-gallon bucket toilets with snap-on lids, lots of heavy-duty trash bags, and plenty of sawdust for layering. Not perfect, but it beats nothing if the water stops flowing. Also picked up a stockpile of baby wipes for basic cleaning. Anybody tried those composting toilets, and do they actually work for longer than a few weeks?
