What’s the Most Overlooked Prep in Your Opinion?

So many people focus on food and ammo, but I rarely see enough talk about sanitation and waste management. If things go south for a long stretch, what’s everyone’s plan for keeping things clean and disease at bay? I feel like a lack of proper hygiene could take folks down faster than hunger. Anyone got practical setups or recommendations beyond just stocking up on bleach and wet wipes?

Totally agree, sanitation is huge and gets ignored way too much. I’ve got a basic bucket toilet setup with heavy-duty trash bags and plenty of kitty litter stashed. Vinegar and baking soda go farther than most folks think for cleaning, especially if you run outta bleach. Handwashing station with a foot pump is on my list to set up next. Anyone tried composting toilets for the long haul?
