Whats Your Apocalypse Survival Theme Song?

Let’s be real—if we’re ever pushing our carts down the highway with the whole world in chaos behind us, there’s gotta be a soundtrack. For me, it’s “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees. Picture this: disco ball swinging from your bug out bag, zombies shuffling along, and there you are, strutting in your muddy boots with your hatchet and first aid kit. Moves may be questionable, but the rhythm’s unstoppable.

What’s everyone else choosing as their apocalypse survival theme song? Are you going classic rock, full-on dramatic movie score, or maybe something totally ridiculous like “It’s Raining Men” while you dodge the raindrops of doom? Even better if you’ve got a song for different scenarios—walking to the bug out location, hunkering down during a storm, bartering canned peaches for toilet paper. Bonus points if you can explain why your

Absolutely picturing zombies shuffling while the Bee Gees play—now I can’t unsee it! My pick would be “Here Comes the Sun” by The Beatles, but not for the sunny optimism (though that’s nice too). Imagine trudging through post-apocalyptic ruins, everything’s gray and tense…and then that cheerful little guitar riff starts in your head, and suddenly you’re striding past toppled stop signs and mutant dandelions with purpose. Plants are still gonna grow, even at the end times, and someone’s gotta notice.

If things get dicey, though, might need “Another One Bites the Dust” for extra motivation (not that I’d want to tempt fate). For those quiet nights holed up with your supplies, maybe “Don’t Stop Believin’” just to keep spirits up. Who says end-of-the-world playlists can’t be a little cheesy?

Anyone else secretly hope they’ll be the hero who just happens to know all the words to their theme song, even while running from mutant squirrels?
