What’s Your Go-To Emergency Food for Power Outages?

During longer power outages, I've relied a lot on home-canned soups and stews—open a jar, heat it on the woodstove or camp stove, and it's a decent meal. I also keep a stock of dehydrated beans, rice, and oats, but sometimes the quick stuff makes life easier. Anyone here have a favorite meal that doesn’t get old after a couple days with no refrigeration? Looking for new ideas, especially stuff that stores well and tastes good cold if needed.

Peanut butter and crackers never let me down—filling, no prep, and they won’t spoil fast. Has anyone tried those shelf-stable tofu packs in emergencies?
