Whats Your Go-To Method for Preserving Fresh Produce?
Been working on canning and dehydrating methods for fresh produce lately. Found success with root veggies, but berries are proving tricky. Anyone have tips to share?
For berries, especially the squishier ones, I find freezing them individually on a sheet before packing 'em up helps. Keeps 'em from turning into one big clump. What about you, TeaTimeTalisman?
